Getting Started
Start by booking a complimentary 20-minute VIP call. We'll learn about your goals, answer your questions, and explain how working with us would look. From there, we'll schedule your initial consultation and labs.
It's a 20-minute conversation with our care team — no charge, no commitment. We use it to understand whether functional medicine is the right next step for you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that.
60–90 minutes. We need that time to review your full history, your labs, and design a plan that's actually personal to you. You won't feel rushed.
No referral required. You can book directly.
Insurance & Cost
We are an out-of-network practice. Many patients submit their visits to insurance for partial reimbursement using a superbill we provide. Lab work is often covered by insurance directly.
We offer membership-based and visit-based options. Pricing is shared transparently during the VIP call so you can decide what fits. Labs, supplements, and prescriptions are billed separately.
Yes — most of our visits, labs, and prescribed supplements are eligible HSA/FSA expenses.

When prescribed by an experienced clinician based on comprehensive labs, bioidentical hormones have a strong safety profile. We monitor closely and adjust your protocol over time.

Yes — most follow-up visits can be done by secure video. Initial visits are sometimes in-person depending on the case. Learn more →
Your Patient Portal
Through your patient portal. Log in, open Messages, and send. We aim to respond within one business day.
In the portal under Labs. We post results as soon as they're back, then review them with you at your follow-up.
Open Medications or Supplements in the portal and request a refill. We'll route it to the appropriate pharmacy.
